　　2.存在問題:

　　1)早讀課容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同學(xué)比較多，導(dǎo)致早上精神狀態(tài)不好。

　　2)部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式仍然停留在小學(xué)階段，從不自覺主動地去學(xué)習(xí)(從他們對作業(yè)的認(rèn)識和處理方式上就可以看出來)

　　二、其次，想跟大家交流四個問題

　　1.首先和大家交流一個問題：孩子上了初中以后，總有一部分家長很納悶：我家的孩子在小學(xué)能考到八九十分，為什么到了初中，成績不令人滿意，甚至有些失望呢?

　　這個問題的答案首先與各個學(xué)習(xí)階段的特點有關(guān)：小學(xué)階段以賞識教育為主，要在很小的時候培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自信心，試卷內(nèi)容大多與課本有關(guān)，因此考試分?jǐn)?shù)自然會很高。初中則是以普及教育為主，考試會照顧到大部分學(xué)生，因此分?jǐn)?shù)也較高。但是，初中教育，特別是在以高考為最終目標(biāo)的大背景下，就是以選拔為目的了，所以，考試難度與深度會有很大的提升，得分率自然就會下降，孩子們的考試分?jǐn)?shù)自然會低一些。所以拿初中甚至小學(xué)的分?jǐn)?shù)來衡量孩子們初中的學(xué)習(xí)，是不科學(xué)的。

　　其次，與學(xué)生自身的學(xué)習(xí)方式和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣有關(guān)：初中階段學(xué)習(xí)科目多而且難，要求學(xué)生必須學(xué)會自主學(xué)習(xí)(自覺主動地去學(xué)習(xí))，即變“要我學(xué)”為“我要學(xué)”，再也不能像初中甚至小學(xué)那樣靠老師和家長盯著學(xué)，那樣成績自然會下降。

　　2.第二個問題，為什么同一個班級的孩子三年后成績差別那么大?成績進步大的一定是那些學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和個性好的孩子。孩子為什么會這樣，其實因素很多，這不僅僅與學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)有關(guān)，最主要的是與孩子的心態(tài)、學(xué)習(xí)方式及學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣密切相關(guān)。學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式及習(xí)慣是極其重要的，直接影響和決定學(xué)生的成績。不要到初三時才感慨，現(xiàn)在我們不是不想學(xué)，而是在初一、初二時沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，沒能改變自己的學(xué)習(xí)方式以適應(yīng)初中的學(xué)習(xí)，現(xiàn)在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，現(xiàn)在必須努力學(xué)習(xí)。

　　在此，我希望家長們要時時關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和個性，也就是情商問題。大量的實例證明了一個人的成功主要取決于情商，其次才是智商，兩者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英語學(xué)科舉足輕重，就必須愛英語，以十足的干勁學(xué)好英語。

　　3.第二個問題，請家長們正確看待孩子在班級的考試名次，當(dāng)孩子名次退步時，原因是多方面的，首先幫助他樹立信心，然后一起幫助分析原因，而不要盲目地批評甚至打罵孩子�！巴�子成龍，望女成鳳”是我們共同的心愿，但在初一更應(yīng)注重孩子學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)、學(xué)習(xí)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變，讓孩子快樂的成長進步，嚴(yán)格遵循教育教學(xué)規(guī)律。

　　4.有些孩子還沒有適應(yīng)初中的學(xué)習(xí)，還不知道初中階段怎么學(xué)，希望家長們高度關(guān)注。初中學(xué)習(xí)科目多而難，時間緊，主要靠學(xué)生自主和自覺地學(xué)習(xí)，老師主要是引導(dǎo)和輔導(dǎo)、檢查和督促，而不像初中那樣盯著你學(xué)習(xí)。說明學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)目的、學(xué)習(xí)興趣上還需培養(yǎng)。

　　訂正的習(xí)慣，督促學(xué)生建立錯題集，當(dāng)堂發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題，當(dāng)堂訂正，不拖拉，不滯留，將問題解決在發(fā)現(xiàn)之處，從而保證知識點的連接，為建立學(xué)科知識體系做保障。這些習(xí)慣，會讓學(xué)生真正的樂學(xué)、好學(xué)，在成功中追求快樂，在快樂中追求成功!

　　(1)幫助孩子確定適當(dāng)目標(biāo)

　　和孩子一起確定一個他能夠達(dá)到的目標(biāo)——家長適度的期望值。

　　孩子是家長的希望，教育好孩子是老師的希望。父母對孩子期望值的高低直接影響孩子將來所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好處。

　　期望值過高：孩子拼命按家長的意愿生活、學(xué)習(xí)，也許父母感到滿足，但孩子生活得較為壓抑，甚至影響心理健康。盡力后仍達(dá)不到家長的要求，雙方均失望，可能導(dǎo)致孩子自暴自棄;

　　期望值過低或沒有：家長對尚不自覺的孩子期望值過低或沒有，孩子會缺少外在精神支持，認(rèn)為不重視、無所謂。

　　適度的期望值：在原有基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)拔高，不操之過急，不高不攀，否則可能大家都失望。

　　1）早讀課容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同學(xué)比較多，導(dǎo)致早上精神狀態(tài)不好。

　　2）部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式仍然停留在初中甚至小學(xué)階段，從不自覺主動地去學(xué)習(xí)（從他們對作業(yè)的認(rèn)識和處理方式上就可以看出來）

　　3）部分學(xué)生抄襲作業(yè)，少數(shù)學(xué)生作業(yè)拖拉甚至不交作業(yè)

　　3、分析期中考試成績

　　二、其次，想跟大家交流四個問題

　　1、首先和大家交流一個問題：孩子上了高中以后，總有一部分家長很納悶：我家的孩子在小學(xué)能考到八九十分，初中也能考到七八十分，為什么到了高中，成績不令人滿意，甚至有些失望呢？

　　這個問題的答案首先與各個學(xué)習(xí)階段的特點有關(guān)：小學(xué)階段以賞識教育為主，要在很小的時候培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自信心，試卷內(nèi)容大多與課本有關(guān)，因此考試分?jǐn)?shù)自然會很高。初中則是以普及教育為主，考試會照顧到大部分學(xué)生，因此分?jǐn)?shù)也較高。但是，高中教育，特別是在以高考為最終目標(biāo)的大背景下，就是以選拔為目的了，所以，考試難度與深度會有很大的提升，得分率自然就會下降，孩子們的考試分?jǐn)?shù)自然會低一些。所以拿初中甚至小學(xué)的分?jǐn)?shù)來衡量孩子們高中的學(xué)習(xí)，是不科學(xué)的。

　　其次，與學(xué)生自身的學(xué)習(xí)方式和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣有關(guān)：高中階段學(xué)習(xí)科目多而且難，要求學(xué)生必須學(xué)會自主學(xué)習(xí)（自覺主動地去學(xué)習(xí)），即變“要我學(xué)”為“我要學(xué)”，再也不能像初中甚至小學(xué)那樣靠老師和家長盯著學(xué)，那樣成績自然會下降。

　　2、第二個問題，為什么同一個班級的孩子三年后成績差別那么大？成績進步大的一定是那些學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和個性好的孩子。孩子為什么會這樣，其實因素很多，這不僅僅與學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)有關(guān)，最主要的是與孩子的心態(tài)、學(xué)習(xí)方式及學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣密切相關(guān)。學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式及習(xí)慣是極其重要的，直接影響和決定學(xué)生的成績。不要到高三時才感慨，現(xiàn)在我們不是不想學(xué)，而是在高一、高二時沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，沒能改變自己的學(xué)習(xí)方式以適應(yīng)高中的學(xué)習(xí)，現(xiàn)在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，現(xiàn)在必須努力學(xué)習(xí)。

　　在此，我希望家長們要時時關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和個性，也就是情商問題。大量的實例證明了一個人的成功主要取決于情商，其次才是智商，兩者的比例大概是7：3。既然知道英語學(xué)科舉足輕重，就必須愛英語，以十足的干勁學(xué)好英語。

　　3、第二個問題，請家長們正確看待孩子在班級的考試名次，當(dāng)孩子名次退步時，原因是多方面的，首先幫助他樹立信心，然后一起幫助分析原因，而不要盲目地批評甚至打罵孩子�！巴�子成龍，望女成鳳”是我們共同的心愿，但在高一更應(yīng)注重孩子學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)、學(xué)習(xí)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變，讓孩子快樂的成長進步，嚴(yán)格遵循教育教學(xué)規(guī)律。

　　4、有些孩子還沒有適應(yīng)高中的學(xué)習(xí)，還不知道高中階段怎么學(xué)，希望家長們高度關(guān)注。高中學(xué)習(xí)科目多而難，時間緊，主要靠學(xué)生自主和自覺地學(xué)習(xí)，老師主要是引導(dǎo)和輔導(dǎo)、檢查和督促，而不像初中那樣盯著你學(xué)習(xí)。說明學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)目的、學(xué)習(xí)興趣上還需培養(yǎng)。

　　訂正的習(xí)慣，督促學(xué)生建立錯題集，當(dāng)堂發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題，當(dāng)堂訂正，不拖拉，不滯留，將問題解決在發(fā)現(xiàn)之處，從而保證知識點的連接，為建立學(xué)科知識體系做保障。這些習(xí)慣，會讓學(xué)生真正的樂學(xué)、好學(xué)，在成功中追求快樂，在快樂中追求成功！

　　四、我想對在座的各位家長提出幾點溫馨提示。

　�。�1）幫助孩子確定適當(dāng)目標(biāo)

　　和孩子一起確定一個他能夠達(dá)到的目標(biāo)——家長適度的期望值。

　　孩子是家長的希望，教育好孩子是老師的希望。父母對孩子期望值的高低直接影響孩子將來所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好處。

　　期望值過高：孩子拼命按家長的意愿生活、學(xué)習(xí)，也許父母感到滿足，但孩子生活得較為壓抑，甚至影響心理健康。盡力后仍達(dá)不到家長的要求，雙方均失望，可能導(dǎo)致孩子自暴自棄；

　　期望值過低或沒有：家長對尚不自覺的孩子期望值過低或沒有，孩子會缺少外在精神支持，認(rèn)為不重視、無所謂。

　　適度的期望值：在原有基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)拔高，不操之過急，不高不攀，否則可能大家都失望。

　　我是本學(xué)期擔(dān)任126班英語教學(xué)的楊老師，很多家長也許是第一次見到我，大家彼此間可能比較陌生。希望今后有更多的機會與您攜手交流。今天在家長會上能與家長們就學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展開展研討，我覺得機會非常寶貴！

　　我們學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的機會應(yīng)該說非常有限的和非常之少的，一方面孩子們有許多功課要學(xué)，另一方面許多學(xué)生英語課堂效率低下。下面我就以下5點談?wù)剬W(xué)習(xí)英語要注意的方面。

　　1、英語課堂學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)該注重課堂學(xué)習(xí)效果，45分鐘非常寶貴且有限，我們力爭要在這短短的時間內(nèi)掌握所有的英語知識。英語當(dāng)天學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容應(yīng)該當(dāng)天消化，如果不能及時消化就會積食，造成聽課越聽越不懂，形成惡性循環(huán)！英語學(xué)習(xí)重在平時，每天做好預(yù)習(xí)與復(fù)習(xí)工作。想要靠臨時突擊，臨時抱佛腳的做法不可取也不可行。

　　我確信：英語要學(xué)好和智商無關(guān)，學(xué)不好英語的人都是懶惰的人。所以，在課后一定要主動抽時間為自己補習(xí)英語。學(xué)好英語，不外乎就是在聽，說，讀，寫這些方面下功夫。

　　2、作業(yè)一定要按時獨立完成，不要成為學(xué)習(xí)上的“寄生蟲”。作業(yè)是老師檢查了解學(xué)生知識掌握情況的一個有效途徑，要求同學(xué)們能如實客觀地對待作業(yè)。知之為知之，不知為不知，寧愿獨立完成的空幾題的作業(yè)，也比完全不經(jīng)過自己大腦思考抄襲來的作業(yè)質(zhì)量高得多。許多同學(xué)自覺性差，平時空空兩手回家，早上早早趕來抄，每天我都布置了一定的英語作業(yè)，因此請各位家長能關(guān)注一下你的子女有沒有將作業(yè)帶回家來做，并督促子女認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)。

　　3、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是第一生產(chǎn)力。許多同學(xué)英語學(xué)習(xí)好，并不是他（她）比別人聰明，而是學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣比較好。良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣可以大大提高你的學(xué)習(xí)效果，我們班的劉里杰，姜艷芳，李輝龍，李柯歐等同學(xué)，她們學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度端正，上課認(rèn)真，書寫工整，正因為如此，無論什么考試都能取得很好的成績，這與她平時良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是分不開的！而有些同學(xué)你看似認(rèn)真，卻是身在心不在，學(xué)習(xí)重在表象，完全不扎實，綜合素質(zhì)卻沒有真正提高。課外也不下功夫，一堂課幾個單詞，一兩個重點句型下節(jié)課過來提問一問三不知，又何談?wù)n外擴展與素質(zhì)提升？這樣的現(xiàn)象很普遍，說到底，還是好的習(xí)慣沒有養(yǎng)成，不夠勤奮。另外還有幾個同學(xué)，他們的潛力很大，但因為還不夠認(rèn)真刻苦，所以沒有發(fā)揮出自己最好的水平，希望家長能夠配合老師，把孩子的成績抓上去。我堅信：如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指導(dǎo)下能夠及時完成老師布置的任務(wù)，那么一定能學(xué)好。要教導(dǎo)您的孩子一開始就要有吃苦耐勞的精神。堅持嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膶W(xué)習(xí)作風(fēng)，成績馬上就會見效。

　　4。英語學(xué)習(xí)貴在堅持！就好像跑步運動，英語學(xué)習(xí)之初大家都從同一個起跑線出發(fā)，但隨著難度加深與詞匯量加大，一些同學(xué)慢慢對英語失去新鮮感續(xù)而厭煩最后掉隊。希望我們家長對子女多一份關(guān)愛，督促子女奮發(fā)圖強，初一大有提高的余地！英語偏科是歷史原因造成的，但并不是不可根治的，想要證明自己真正有實力那就從偏科的英語入手，重點突破！

　　5。樹立正確的英語學(xué)習(xí)觀與知識觀！許多學(xué)生和家長認(rèn)為英語學(xué)習(xí)了沒有多大用處，我又不會出國，學(xué)兩句皮毛可以炫耀就好了，何必學(xué)精通？且不說英語作為一種工具，它對于我們升學(xué)、工作、求職有重大意義，同時我認(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)英語的過程也是一個吸收別人長處，觀念更新的過程！知識是無價的，知識可以改變命運。

　　各位家長好，我是咱們班的英語老師。開學(xué)三個月來，雖然未曾謀面，但我們通過短信、博客、電話已經(jīng)有了一些交流。今天見面，是否讓大家失望了。伊老師個子不高，不年輕不漂亮，穿著不夠時尚，但在這些樸素的外表下面，我有一顆熱愛孩子的心，有一種對教育的執(zhí)著。懷著“幼吾幼以及人之幼”的心理，我怎樣培養(yǎng)自己的孩子，我也怎樣來教育我的學(xué)生，所以如果您認(rèn)同我的觀點，請與我一起陪伴孩子成長；如果您有什么意見和建議，請告訴我，我將虛心接納。

　　一、 一封信

　　開學(xué)初，我給每位家長發(fā)了一封家長信：

　　親愛的同學(xué)和家長：

　　在以前的日子里，對我而言，你只不過是個小男駭或者小女孩，就像其他千萬個小男孩或小女孩一樣。我不需要你，你也同樣用不著我。對你來說，我也只不過是老師，就跟其他千萬個老師一樣。然而今天卻不一樣了，因為你成了我的學(xué)生，我們將會彼此需要，對我而言，你將是宇宙唯一的了，我對你來說，也是世界上唯一的了。這是一種緣分，讓你成為我的學(xué)生，讓我成為你的老師，希望我們在以后的日子里共同編織美好的生活。

　　這學(xué)期，我們除了一起學(xué)習(xí)《新起點英語》還會學(xué)習(xí)一套英國小朋友讀的故事書《典范英語》，相信你一定會喜歡！課堂上，如果你認(rèn)真聽講，大聲發(fā)言，伊老師會在你的英語書上蓋下一個個小印章，這些小印章會見證你一天天的進步。

　　相信你一定喜歡畫畫，所以請和爸爸媽媽一起去為自己買一個繪畫本，我們會將學(xué)到的英語用圖畫表現(xiàn)出來，而且，每節(jié)英語課上，老師會請一位同學(xué)展示自己的繪畫本，并領(lǐng)讀你畫出來的“英語”，期待你的精彩表現(xiàn)。

　　二、 兩個承諾：

　　在這封信中，我許下兩個莊嚴(yán)的承諾。

　　承諾1：讓學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備繪畫本，在班內(nèi)展示，現(xiàn)在全班每個同學(xué)都已經(jīng)展示完畢，我給每個孩子留下一張展示繪圖本的照片。

　　承諾2：用博客記錄孩子們在校生活的點點滴滴。我一共教六個班，共238個學(xué)生，目前已經(jīng)完成了給30多個孩子的詩歌或小文章，我希望我能關(guān)注到每一個孩子，在與他們共同學(xué)習(xí)的時間內(nèi)寫到每一個孩子，所以希望大家耐心等待，我需要時間。

　　三、 三個指導(dǎo)思想：

　　1、激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。

　　我主要采取課堂上發(fā)帖畫、做游戲、表演故事、繪畫、看英語動畫片等方式。

　　2、樹立學(xué)生學(xué)好英語的自信心。

　　起始階段的英語學(xué)習(xí)只要求孩子能聽能說。由于孩子年領(lǐng)較小，在起始階段時會有一個沉默期，進一步的聽和說都需要一個過程。所以，對孩子在學(xué)習(xí)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題不要過分急于糾正，不要強迫學(xué)生背單詞、背句子。對一時開不了口的孩子要從多聽錄音入手，在聽錄音的同時鼓勵孩子模仿。

　　3、養(yǎng)成良好的英語學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣

　　在課堂上，要求學(xué)生認(rèn)真聽錄音、模仿、大聲朗讀，在同學(xué)發(fā)言時可以不出聲跟讀。

　　在家里，每天堅持聽錄音至少15-20分鐘。要教會孩子使用錄音機。鼓勵孩子把當(dāng)天在英語課上學(xué)到的內(nèi)容用英語重復(fù)出來,并鼓勵孩子在平時積極、大膽、大聲開口說英語。

　　四、 五個要求：

　　1、單詞：能夠根據(jù)圖片或?qū)嵨镎f單詞，不要求認(rèn)讀單詞。

　　2、句子：能夠聽懂書中重點句子，不要求認(rèn)讀,能與他人進行簡單的對話。

　　3、歌曲歌謠：能夠熟練掌握幾首自己喜歡的歌曲歌謠，其他的能夠跟著音樂唱出關(guān)鍵詞和句即可。

　　4、故事：能聽懂并指圖說出關(guān)鍵句子。不要求每句話都會說。

　　5、人物，在目錄前面，要求能熟練叫出他們的名字。

　　上述要求是最低要求，您可以根據(jù)自己孩子的情況適當(dāng)提高，但原則是孩子可以接受，比如您要求孩子背單詞，孩子并不反感，您就可以這樣做。

　　五、 補充說明:典范英語。

　　這是一套學(xué)校補充的閱讀材料，目的是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀興趣，希望孩子們能通過多聽錄音，模仿跟讀，角色扮演等形式，最終達(dá)到熟練朗讀的目的，但是如果孩子一時讀不好也不要急于求成。

　　下一步我準(zhǔn)備收集孩子們關(guān)于典范英語的錄音、錄像和繪畫等資料，有條件的家長可以給孩子錄音或者錄像，在激發(fā)孩子學(xué)習(xí)興趣的同時也為孩子留下寶貴的資料。

　　各位親愛的家長們下午好！首先允許我代表各科任老師祝各位媽媽們母親節(jié)快樂！首再次我要感謝各位家長的到來。您的到來是對我們的教學(xué)工作的支持，也是對孩子學(xué)習(xí)的重視。孩子的教育需要家庭和學(xué)校相互的配合和支持，作為七年級2班的英語老師，我特別希望能都得到大家的支持，希望您能和我一起幫助孩子學(xué)習(xí)英語。今天利用這個機會，向家長們匯報我們2班英語學(xué)科方面的學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀。

　　期中成績：參考40人，32人及格（72），16人優(yōu)秀（96分），4人特優(yōu)（108），年級排名第10（12）。相比較年級其它班級，我們班的特優(yōu)率和優(yōu)秀率都基本保持持平（略高于），但是為什么我們的班的成績會排到年級后列呢？首先一點，試卷上的題目基本都是考前講過練過了的，如果大家能夠課堂40分鐘認(rèn)真聽講并作筆記，參與課堂活動，并在回家后復(fù)習(xí)，獨立高質(zhì)量的完成各項作業(yè)要求，理想分?jǐn)?shù)應(yīng)該是排到年級前六（三班如是）。但是這次僅僅排到第10名，并且平均分是相對靠后的，這就說明同學(xué)們在學(xué)習(xí)過程中，認(rèn)真聽講，參與課堂，筆記，回家復(fù)習(xí)，獨立完成作業(yè)并未達(dá)到要求。

　　每個在座的同學(xué)們認(rèn)真思考下認(rèn)真聽講了沒有？參與課堂活動了沒有？做筆記了沒有？反過來，說話，上課完東西，刻橡皮章，看東看西就是不看黑板屏幕，這些現(xiàn)象層出不窮。每次上課最起碼整頓一次課堂紀(jì)律�；丶覐�(fù)習(xí)，作業(yè)等也不容樂觀。每次周末回來交作業(yè)就像打仗是的，該補作業(yè)的補作業(yè)，也有同學(xué)頂風(fēng)冒險將空白本子或者未完成的作業(yè)上交，就賭老師發(fā)現(xiàn)不了。讓大家抄單詞的時候哀聲一片，讓大家背單詞的時候鉆空子，一聽寫又陷入死循環(huán)，不會的同學(xué)繼續(xù)罰抄，有同學(xué)寧愿罰抄也不愿意動腦經(jīng)去背書。講練習(xí)冊時，不管正確與否，只追求一個正確答案，不求甚解，講解時反反復(fù)復(fù)就是那十幾個同學(xué)提問，講完了，也就收起來了，不會進行及時的反思和總結(jié)，并且講完了還不知道自己錯哪里不懂的訂正的人也存在一部分。

　　在英語課堂上，大部分同學(xué)都能很活躍的回答老師提出的問題，積極跟著老師拼讀單詞，朗讀課文。其實這也制造了一種假象，同學(xué)認(rèn)為自己常常被老師提問，認(rèn)為自己能夠回答老師的問題，于是認(rèn)為自己的英語學(xué)得很不錯，自我感覺特別好。于是下課后在英語上花的時間就少了。其實要學(xué)好英語，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要同學(xué)在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識，當(dāng)然課上也會有少量的時間鞏固新學(xué)的知識。但是這些時間是公共的時間，而不是每個學(xué)生私有的時間，所以不可能照顧到每個學(xué)生，不可能讓所有學(xué)生都達(dá)到相同的程度。況且每個學(xué)生對新知識得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當(dāng)堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分同學(xué)都只能是初步接觸了新知識，要真正接受新知識還要學(xué)生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會和別的同學(xué)拉下差距。

　　我知道，很多家長都是很重視自己孩子的英語學(xué)習(xí)的，因為英語學(xué)習(xí)不管是對我們的日常生活還是升學(xué)工作來說，都產(chǎn)生著重要的作用，有著重大的意義。而我們初中階段的教學(xué)在于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，良好的語言習(xí)慣與運用英語進行交際的能力及跨文化意識。因此，我的課堂也是圍繞聽說讀寫這幾個方面對所學(xué)知識進行操練和運用。通過一個多學(xué)期的教學(xué)，我們2班的孩子大多數(shù)的孩子自尊心強，上進心強，學(xué)習(xí)能力也不錯，雖然這次考的不好，但是我還是對我們的孩子有信心的。問題來了，大部分的同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不端正、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣差。正是因為這個問題，才導(dǎo)致以上的情況。

　　究其根源，個人認(rèn)為是因為學(xué)生安于現(xiàn)狀，沒有目標(biāo)和動力，沒有競爭意識。

　　針對以上問題，我向各位家長提一些方法和策略，希望得到各位家長的配合和支持。

　　1. 督促孩子在家聽英語磁帶，周末在家每天堅持聽讀20分鐘以上，這將對孩子的學(xué)習(xí)提高有很大的幫助。

　　2. 請家長督促孩子在家完成周末作業(yè)，以免他們來學(xué)校時互相抄襲。有的時候默寫或者背誦，我會請各位家長簽字。背單詞的時候要邊拼邊寫，嘴巴和手都要動起來，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。家長在這里要作好檢查督促的工作，不要用不懂英語來幫助你的孩子學(xué)會偷懶，你可以報中文，讓你的孩子默寫，然后對照書本批改訂正，堅持的話，你一定會有意想不到的效果。還有句型，學(xué)生應(yīng)該在課上領(lǐng)會句型的意思和運用方法。課后還需要通過多讀課文，多練習(xí)才能鞏固所學(xué)的句型。所以請各位家長不光要注重孩子背單詞短語的情況，還要讓他重視句子的重要性。

　　3. 每個周末我都會布置閱讀作業(yè)，請一定督促您的孩子獨立按照要求完成作業(yè)。得閱讀者得半邊天。

　　我們幾位科任老師和各位家長有著共同的心愿，都想盡自己最大的努力去培養(yǎng)我們的孩子，他們個個都聰明、可愛，只是有些孩子的潛能還未得到充分的挖掘。今后，我也希望與各位家長共同努力，如果孩子遇到學(xué)習(xí)問題，我們及時溝通，望家長能夠配合解決。我還是那句話，我們的孩子們不是沒有學(xué)習(xí)能力，而是學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)行為習(xí)慣不好，只要我們加強監(jiān)管，幫助他們形成好的習(xí)慣，成績會上來的。

　　課上功夫在課外。孩子對知識的理解、吸收和運用卻取決于她自己的綜合能力和習(xí)慣。而這個能力和習(xí)慣一是受制于天賦，二是由后天的養(yǎng)成所決定。學(xué)習(xí)效果不好往往是跟能力的培養(yǎng)和習(xí)慣是否好有關(guān)，而不能簡單地怪孩子懶惰貪玩。找出背后的原因，細(xì)致地分析，把對孩子的培養(yǎng)滲透到生活的每一方面。生活和課堂是相通的。比如說：作業(yè)的問題可能出自行為習(xí)慣上，如果一個孩子在生活上就是飯來張口、衣來伸手，那么做作業(yè)的時候馬虎了事就是意料之中的了。所以，要從生活的點滴中來正確引導(dǎo)孩子，在生活各方面勤快、懂事的孩子，在學(xué)習(xí)上也會勤奮自覺。

　　2，知識要轉(zhuǎn)化為能力。

　　所謂素質(zhì)教育是其實是能力的教育，英語是第二語言，學(xué)習(xí)的時候容易脫離實際而變得枯燥，也容易出現(xiàn)考試好但實際運用差的情況。為了避免這種問題，在英語課上，我本著以學(xué)生為主體的原則，創(chuàng)造性地傳授知識，培養(yǎng)孩子獨立思考的習(xí)慣以及實際運用語言的能力。上課時我盡量用全英語教學(xué)，主要用啟發(fā)式而不是傳統(tǒng)的翻譯式來使得學(xué)生理解詞語和句子的意思。對于抽象的詞和語法，我也會用中文進行解釋。我在課堂上盡量創(chuàng)設(shè)與生活貼近的情境，采用多種的形式和游戲來創(chuàng)造機會給學(xué)生練習(xí)，再加上用兩人或小組討論、操練的形式來進行復(fù)習(xí)和鞏固，使孩子們覺得上英語課就像在做游戲一樣，和生活很貼近，繞有趣味。

　　3，掌握科學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)方法：在坐各位都是事業(yè)上的成功者，很多也曾是學(xué)習(xí)高手，把你們的經(jīng)驗教給孩子，與他們一起探索適合他自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法。

　　比如預(yù)習(xí)新課的時候不要告訴孩子她看不明白的地方，這樣她在第二天上課的時候就會專心地聽，自己來找答案，豁然開朗�？偟膩碚f，學(xué)習(xí)英語就是持之以恒、興趣為先，在有興趣的基礎(chǔ)上，多讀、多記，像學(xué)習(xí)語文一樣擴大課外閱讀量。英語課本是局限的，而課外的閱讀是非常廣泛而生動有趣的。

　　好的聽課習(xí)慣。課堂是教學(xué)最重要的環(huán)節(jié)，緊緊抓住40分鐘比課后補四個小時都有用。課堂上應(yīng)該要集中注意力，跟著老師走。這樣不會漏掉任何一個知識點，才會學(xué)得全面。我發(fā)現(xiàn)有的同學(xué)在課堂上始終能保持注意力的集中，有的則是只能集中一段時間，還有一小部分是幾乎沒有多少時間是集中注意力的，手在下面動不停，老師點名的時候好一些，一轉(zhuǎn)臉又不知道在干什么了。上課不聽怎么可能學(xué)好英語呢？

　　學(xué)習(xí)英語主要就是操練句子，要說英語，學(xué)了要能說出來才是會了。課堂上我們留有大量的時間讓孩子們朗讀，表演。所以在英語課上積極發(fā)言就顯得更加重要。我問那些不愛發(fā)言的孩子為什么不舉手，他們說害怕錯。我都是跟他們說：“即使錯了也沒關(guān)系，這樣可以讓老師發(fā)現(xiàn)你的問題在哪里并及時糾正�！弊鳛榧议L也應(yīng)該這樣去鼓勵他們，要他們抓住每次發(fā)言的機會。

　　5.配套的基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練，這是我們七年級的英語唯一的一套課外練習(xí)，我通常帶領(lǐng)孩子在班上做完綜合訓(xùn)練A部分的聽力，而筆試就讓孩子們回家去完成。綜合訓(xùn)練B部分會作為考試卷測試孩子們這個單元的掌握情況。希望家長能及時詢問孩子的小測試成績以及了解孩子們這段時間的英語學(xué)習(xí)情況。

　　七年級英語，是初一英語學(xué)習(xí)中一個重要的起步階段。其實要學(xué)好英語，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學(xué)生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識，當(dāng)然課上也會有少量的時間鞏固新學(xué)的`知識。但是這些時間是公共的時間，而不是每個學(xué)生私有的時間，所以不可能照顧到每個學(xué)生，不可能讓所有學(xué)生都達(dá)到相同的程度。況且每個學(xué)生對新知識得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當(dāng)堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學(xué)生都只能是初步接觸了新知識，要真正接受新知識還要學(xué)生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會和別的同學(xué)拉下差距。所以這也造成英語成績兩極分化十分嚴(yán)重，無論是每次的聽寫小測試還是剛剛結(jié)束的期中考試，有的同學(xué)100分的成績，而有的同學(xué)只有三、四十分的成績。所以請家長一定要從現(xiàn)在起重視孩子的英語學(xué)習(xí)，不然到了五六年級補都來不及了。

　　可是，每個班總會有一部分不自覺的學(xué)生不能按時完成作業(yè)、不能背誦課文、不做回家作業(yè)、更不能正確的聽寫出課文的單詞……，通常為了讓孩子有個適應(yīng)過程，我教得很慢，并且上英語課之前都安排班上讀音清晰，準(zhǔn)確的同學(xué)上臺來帶領(lǐng)全班同學(xué)讀學(xué)過的課文和單詞，照理說有足夠的時間，可以課課過關(guān)了，可是出乎我意料的是有幾個同學(xué)連第一課幾個句子都不會背。每次聽寫的時候，總是有同學(xué)無法完成聽寫任務(wù)，單詞過不了關(guān)，考試竟然還有相當(dāng)一部分同學(xué)出現(xiàn)不及格現(xiàn)象。了解下來才知道那些孩子在家里從來就不做英語回家作業(yè)，從來就沒有聽英語磁帶，也沒有背課文和單詞。對于七年級來說，英語成績90分也差不多是正常的范圍，畢竟題型還是相當(dāng)容易的。所以那些不及格現(xiàn)象怎不讓人擔(dān)心呢？

　　英語是一門特殊的學(xué)科，光靠學(xué)校幾節(jié)課時間是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的。在學(xué)校老師會盡最大的努力進行教學(xué)，但課余時間還需要廣大家長大力配合。如：聽錄音、背誦要家長多督促；每課的單詞（課文 B部分）這是基礎(chǔ)之基礎(chǔ)，得督促孩子先背誦并家長給孩子聽寫這幾個單詞，直到全部會背會寫為止。這樣課堂上聽寫的時候，正確率才能高，可有相當(dāng)一部分同學(xué)聽寫本上每次的聽寫成績都是不及格，帶回家去訂正也沒有家長簽名，而老師也不知道家長是否了解孩子在學(xué)校的英語學(xué)習(xí)情況，希望家長能關(guān)注一下。為了協(xié)助孩子更好地學(xué)好英語，請家長配合老師完成以下工作：

　　1. 確保孩子每天至少邊聽錄音，邊跟讀課文15分鐘，要讀出聲音，最好家長在旁監(jiān)督，會更有效。

　　2. 每天檢查孩子的回家作業(yè)是否完成，保證第二天能按時上交。在這里我懇請每位家長認(rèn)真督促孩子完成老師每天布置的作業(yè)，尤其是一開始，七年級英語剛剛接觸書面作業(yè)，一定要嚴(yán)格要求他們的英語書寫，寫得不好的家長也可以要求他們重新做，過關(guān)了才給他們簽名；檢查作業(yè)主要看他們書寫和格式以及上次老師的批改，注意檢查他們有沒有訂正，有時候，老師在學(xué)生的作業(yè)本上批了訂正，但是交上來的時候?qū)W生并沒有去訂正，并且家長也在上面簽字了。我想，老師之所以讓家長在孩子的作業(yè)本上簽字，也是希望通過這個途徑讓家長們了解孩子每天的學(xué)習(xí)情況，希望各位家長能夠支持老師的工作，如果您有什么意見也可以寫在作業(yè)本上，便于及時溝通.

　　3. 開學(xué)以來，很多學(xué)生忘記帶作業(yè)本，帶英語課本的現(xiàn)象還是經(jīng)常發(fā)生，上課沒有書，只能和同桌共看一本書，結(jié)果是一堂課下來，老師講的知識沒有學(xué)到多少，和同桌的感情卻加深了不少，我希望家長能夠每天按照課表提醒孩子收拾好書包，檢查好明天要帶的作業(yè)和課本，養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。

　　總而言之，請各位家長多關(guān)注孩子們的英語學(xué)習(xí)，讓孩子養(yǎng)成良好的英語

We appreciate all the prosperity from the development of modern industry, yet few would give the slightest consideration to the global air and water pollution caused by industrial wastes. Our ruthless exploitation has permanently impaired our mother earth. As we tragically learned from last summer's floods. we cannot continue our carelessness.

　　Finally, standing here at the threshold of the 21st century, we cannot help thinking of our posterity. Nature is not only the mother of the present generation, but also the mother of the generations to come. How severely our descendents will criticize us if we leave them a barren and lifeless mother? 　　when i was young, i used to be very naughty. life then was like a glaball ,shining with bright colours. i had once gone down to the river bank, catching a great many worms and was afterwards punished by mum. i had ever cut the pillow towel into pieces in order to make clothes for my dolls. similarly, i was then blamed seriously. once i even put the hot iron on the floor which immediately burnt a big hole on the carpet. although i had done so many annoying things, my childhood seemed to be rather colourful. however, i had never had a clear definition about myself. but then something happened. it had made a great difference to my life and made who i am now.

　　i had always been afraid of having the intravenous drop in hospital. the first time i was taken to have the drop, i cried for almost half an hour and finally gave off at father's severe scolding. watching the cold needle stabbing into my skin, i cried even more loudly. at that time, i never dared to take a glance at my hand and always needed my mother to stay with me at my side. even if mum had told me many times,” honey, there’s nothing to be scared of. just close your eyes and sleep.“ i would still keep my eyes wide open, watching the liquid flow through the bottle and never slept.

　　nevertheless, things just happened in a casual way. when i caught a high fever again when young, mum had to send for the doctor home to treat me. i was so sick that i became quite drowsy and then slept. when i suddenly woke up in the afternoon, i found the liquid in the bottle had already flown over ,while mum and dad were not around. i yelled, but finally found it was of no use. so i jumped out of the bed and pulled up the tubule. in the nature of things, the blood came out and dropped along the way i went downstairs. things became different at the time that went down alone. i discovered that i could be independent. i was much stronger than i had thought. looking back on the girl who cried all day, i came to understand suddenly that the strong part of the inner myself had been existing all the time. seeing the anxious mum, i revealed a big smile to her. i could see that mum was trying to hold her tears back and scrubbed my blood on the hand. she didn't know that her little girl had stealthily grown up.

　　since then, i became stronger. as you see now, standing in front of you is a confident and sunny girl. in my grown-up life, i've never cried for being injured no matter how serious it is. i can even go to the hospital alone when mum and dad are on business. i came acroso many difficulties in life, while i've never thought of giving up. thanks to that extraordinary experience at my age of ten, i discovered a person inside myself who has been so important and unique to me. just like what dad had told me before, ”people are like tea bags—you have to put them in hot water before you know how strong they are.“

　　”Yes, I have,“ I replied. ”Forgive me for asking but why is this a forever goodbye?“ ”I am old and she lives so far away. I have challenges ahead and the reality is -- the next trip back will be for my funeral“ she said.

　　”When you were saying goodbye, I heard you say 'I wish you enough'. May I ask what that means?“ She began to smile ”That's a wish that has been handed down from other generations. My parents used to say it to everyone“.

　　She paused a moment and looked up as if trying to remember it in detail and she smiled even more. ”When we said 'I wish you enough' we were wanting the other person to have a life filled with just enough good things to sustain them“.

　　Then turning toward me she shared the following as if she were reciting it from memory --

　　I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright. I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more. I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive. I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger. I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting. I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess. I wish you enough hellos to get you through the final good-bye.

　　She then began to cry and walked away. They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire life to forget them.
